  • When will I receive my order?
    The turnaround time is as follows: 1. Hyderabad / Secunderabad - 1-2 days 2. Andhra / Telangana - 2-3 days 3. Metros - 3-4 days 4. Rest of India - 5-7 days Please bear in mind that there could be some delays due to strikes, curfews, etc, which are beyond our control.
  • Are 'Daily Fresh!' items delivered pan-India?
    Currently, we ship 'Daily Fresh!' items in Hyderabad and Secunderabad only. All the other items are delivered pan-India
  • Do you have any gift hampers / boxes?
    Yes, we offer gift hampers/boxes for all occasions: corporate, personal, or festive! Call us at +91-9000070049 for a personalized gift hamper comprising of premium sweets, snacks, and dry fruits.
  • Where are your catering services available?
    Our catering services are currently available only in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Our gourmet chefs specialize in Vegetarian, Vegan, and Jain catering. Call for info: +91-9000070049.
  • Do you have any Vegan products?
    Yes, about 95% of our products are by default Vegan. You may select from the 'Vegan Delights' category to buy vegan sweets. We request you to read the ingredients before confirming your order. The products may contain traces of milk as they are processed in a facility that uses milk products. Call for info: +91-9000070049
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We use Razorpay as the payment gateway. You can pay via the folliowing options: - UPI - Credit / Debit cards
  • What is your return policy?

  • Can I ship to multiple addresses?
    You may only ship an order to one address. If you want items to be shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders. Regular shipping charges applicable.
  • Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
    We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address or call us at +91-9000070049 to update the address within 12 hours of placing an order. Send an email to info@patelsdelights.com and we will try to accommodate your request if the order has not been dispatched.
  • Is my package insured?
    All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our store to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you refuse the delivery.
  • Do I have to pay GST and other taxes on my order?
    All prices are inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax.
