Shipping Time:

• Our products are typically delivered in 1-2 business days in Hyderabad/Secunderabad, 3-4 business days in metros,  and within 5-7 business days pan-India

• Products are delivered Monday through Sunday between 8 am to 9 pm, except on public holidays

• Products under the category 'Daily Fresh!' are freshly made every day and delivered in Hyderabad/Secunderabad only

 

Return Policy:

• You receive a faulty or defective product

• You receive a product that is different from what you ordered

• Our snacks/namkeens typically weigh in the range of 150 - 250 gms

• Our sweets/mithais come in 3 variants - 250 gms, 500 gms, 1 Kg

Shipment Delays / Lost Shipments:

• Send an email to info@patelsdelights.com with your order number and we will get back to you within 48 hours

• If the shipment is delayed, we will notify you and do the best we can to get it to you soon.

• If the shipment is lost, we will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or refund your money.
